Indications
- Symptomatic bradycardia unresponsive to atropine
- Hypotension with bradycardia
Contraindications & cautions
- Uncorrected hypovolemia
- Pheochromocytoma
- Tachyarrhythmias / VF
Key pearls
- More arrhythmias than norepinephrine in shock
- Extravasation → phentolamine
- Correct volume first
